Project — Sprint

Fixed-scope work that ships in weeks.

Five productized packages. Each one has a defined scope, a fixed price, a ship date, and a complete public spec — schedule, deliverables, what you provide, what is explicitly out of scope, and what success looks like. No retainer required. No open-ended engagement. Pick the SKU that matches your problem; we scope, build, and deliver.

How it works

From fit call to ship date in five weeks or less

The same four steps for every SKU. Predictable, written, fixed-fee.

01

Pick the SKU

Each sprint has a complete public spec — problem, week-by-week schedule, deliverables, exclusions, what you provide, and what success looks like. Read it before you book.

02

15-minute fit call

Confirm fit, regulatory frame (if applicable), and start date. If we are not the right fit, we say so and refer you on the call.

03

Written SOW in 48 hours

Fixed fee, fixed scope, fixed ship date — no estimates, no hourly drift. 50% on signing, 50% on delivery, net-15.

04

Ship

Sprint starts within a week of signed SOW. Visible progress, mid-sprint check-in, final delivery on the date in the SOW.

What every sprint includes

The same standards across all five SKUs

  • Fixed fee, written SOW, no hourly drift.
  • 50% on signing, 50% on final delivery, net-15.
  • Mid-sprint check-in so you see progress before week 2.
  • Final delivery on the date in the SOW or you don't pay the second invoice.
  • All deliverables in your repo or your tooling — no vendor lock-in.
  • A handoff doc written for the next engineer who has never seen the code.
  • Acceptance window: review and either accept or send a single consolidated change list within 5 business days.
  • Cause-based termination follows the MSA; convenience cancellation has a 25% kill fee on the unbilled remainder.

FAQ

Common questions

How do sprints start?

Book a 15-minute fit call. If it is a fit, we send a written SOW within 48 hours — objectives, deliverables, weekly schedule, and price. Sprints start within a week of a signed SOW.

What if scope changes mid-sprint?

Sprints are fixed-scope by design. If requirements shift materially, we pause, scope the change in writing with the fee and timeline impact, and resume only after both sides sign. There is no silent overrun and we will not bill outside the SOW.

What if we cancel mid-sprint?

You owe work performed plus a 25% kill fee on the unbilled remaining fixed fee. Termination for cause follows the MSA. Either way, we deliver work-in-progress.

Do I need an ongoing engagement after a sprint?

No. Each sprint is standalone. Many clients convert to a Retainer for ongoing work, but there is no obligation or pressure to continue.

Are there founding-client discounts?

Yes — up to 20% off, applied to the first three months. Capped to the first three clients to sign at any tier across the company. Ask on the fit call.

What if we need PHI access for the work?

We execute a BAA before the engagement begins and document the narrow access required. The PHI lane changes how we work, not what we deliver. Mention this on the fit call.
